He has worked with both small and large firms and has a proven track record of delivering reliable and efficient accounting services.

Mr. Gormakh is the principal designer of Law Ledgers' patent-pending trust-accounting platform — a ledger architecture that enforces beneficiary-level fund segregation, concurrency-safe disbursement, and post-settlement immutability at the database layer, so certain classes of trust-account error are structurally impossible rather than caught after the fact.
Mr. Gormakh serves as General Counsel to Law Ledgers, advising the firm on its own legal, compliance, and risk matters. In that role, he does not represent Law Ledgers' clients.
Mr. Gormakh is an attorney concentrating on professional responsibility, disciplinary defense, and risk-sensitive law-firm practice. For nearly fifteen years, he has represented lawyers, law firms, and judges before state and federal disciplinary authorities in matters involving escrow accounting, fee sharing, conflicts of interest, and retention agreements.
Mr. Gormakh is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School, where he teaches Professional Responsibility, and he regularly lectures on legal-ethics issues for bar associations and other legal audiences.
Mr. Gormakh was a primary drafter of the New York City Bar Association's report Evaluating Trust Account Oversight Mechanisms.
Mr. Gormakh earned his JD/MBA from Western New England University in 2012.
